So... the other day I was talking about how living in fear sucks. Like, locking your doors is, generally, just considered "safe" or "smart" or something. Why? Because people are afraid that someone's going to steal their stuff. Now I like "stuff." A lot. But we really don't lock the apartment doors or anything. And I don't lock my car except at night.
And now, this morning, Bryan goes out to find that someone broke into his car last night and stole money. And Lee's car got broken into last weekend and someone stole his steering wheel and gear shifter. wtf. Now my apartment doors are locked, and it sucks.
I'm blaming this on bush too since I'm an amoral unthinking liberal. If he wins again, I hope that someone who isn't me pops his ass with one of those assault guns that he's making it so easy to obtain. And they should do Cheney while they're at it - he might be even worse.
