See, now THAT'S a cause that I could support our government helping.
The Nepalese very obviously very definitely want a change in their government and they are willing to sacrifice themselves to see it happen. Yeah, the US has "condemned" the actions of the King, but what the hell does that do?
If we are really interested in spreading Democracy, make sure these people have what they need. Give them the support they need. Be it people or money or protec... oh shit! I just noticed that Nepal isn't all that geopolitically important. Just because they currently separate CHINA and INDIA doesn't mean anything I guess. With 30% of Nepal's energy needs being supplied by hydroelectriciy, I guess they don't even NEED oil. Idiots. Nevermind.
