There's a new CIF show uploaded in case you haven't already noticed. Thanks to Nick Gregory for recording it and letting me post it. It was a really fun show with lots of great new songs. (and some old great songs. and some old... uhm... other old songs.) Even though people thought I was Scott. I mean... come on... that's not funny.
Nothing overly exciting this time...
1. School of Rock is good.
2. Kill Bill is good.
3. Sandman: Endless Nights was not as good as I thought it was going to be.
4. Missed Neil Gaiman in Charlotte, but he was, apparently, quite sick, so I'm going to believe that it wasn't all that good. But I two have two unused tickets to scalp...hmmm...
5. November 11th is going to be a very good day.

8. Pearl Jam.
9. My Indiana Jones DVD's just shipped... thank God.
10. Visual Studio beats Notepad to pieces for writing webpages, but, now that I have it, I've run out of ideas.
11. Loose media ownership laws suck.
12. Words cannot express how upset I am that David Bowie is STILL not coming anywhere near Charlotte, but he will play three concerts in a row in L.A.. Maybe I'll go see him in CO on my birthday... if it wasn't a freakin' Monday.
13. Peter Milligan is a smart man. I wonder if there really are any people who were around the WTC on 9/11 and didn't die but just disappeared. I wonder if I would fake my own death if I had the chance to do so.
14. I hate baseball now.
15. Do people want REM to be REM or an REM cover band? How does any band avoid simply being its own cover band? Can bands continue to push creative boundaries, or is there, inevitably, a point where people are only interested in what you've done in the past?

18. "Reality tv" pisses me off. Partially because, if I start watching it, I can't stop... but mostly b/c it SUCKS and is totally fake.

21. I think Desire hates Dream b/c it's possible for people to quench their desires through dreaming, and that's got to piss Desire off bigtime.

I've run out of random things for my random list right now. Oh. There are more Pearl Jam shows in the database now. And I finally got a live version of "No Way." It's not spectacular, but I'm glad to have it. Great song.
Yield is an amazing album.
